Turkey has been a party to the Hague Apostille Convention since 1985, so a UK apostille alone is sufficient for documents used in Turkey. No further embassy or consular legalisation is required.
Birth, Marriage & Death Certificates for use in Turkey
UK birth, marriage and death certificates must normally be original or certified copies issued by the relevant register office before they can be apostilled for use in Turkey. Photocopies are not usually accepted unless the authority in Turkey specifically allows a solicitor-certified copy.

Turkey accepts the UK apostille directly, so consular legalisation is not normally required. The Consulate General deals with notarial and consular matters for Turkish nationals.

Fees
Note: These fees would be in addition to the fees Embassies and Consulates charge for processing and legalising documents. Every Embassy has their own fee structure depending on whether documents are commercial or personal. The exact costs can be confirmed if required.
As Turkey accepts the apostille directly, there is no need for Turkish consular legalisation — which keeps the process quicker and lower cost.
