Are all services offered at a fixed fee?
Fixed fees are shown on the relevant service pages for Wills, LPAs, identity verification and apostille services. Complex Wills and commercial contract drafting and review are charged at £220 per hour, no VAT. Company formation is quoted according to the work required.
Where can I arrange an appointment?
Appointments are available in Teddington, by video or through a home visit in London, depending on the service.
Are OPG registration fees included in the LPA solicitor’s fee?
No. The Office of the Public Guardian registration fee is £92 per LPA, in addition to the solicitor’s fee. Reductions or exemptions may apply; the LPA page explains the published conditions.
Can I arrange a Will and Lasting Powers of Attorney together?
