Kuwait is now a party to the Hague Apostille Convention, so a UK apostille is generally accepted by Kuwaiti authorities. Where a specific authority still requires it, we can arrange attestation through the Kuwaiti Embassy in London and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs step in Kuwait.
Declarations for use in Kuwait
Statutory declarations, affidavits and similar documents must be signed before an authorised legal professional before an apostille can be obtained for use in Kuwait. The wording should be checked against the requirements of the authority in Kuwait receiving the declaration, as these often specify particular phrasing or supporting identification.

Documents are usually submitted in the morning and collected in the afternoon. Commercial documents may also require legalisation through the London and Arab-British Chambers of Commerce before submission.

- Kuwaiti Embassy attestation in London, where the receiving authority still requires it
- Coordination of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs step in Kuwait, where applicable
Fees
Note: These fees would be in addition to the fees Embassies and Consulates charge for processing and legalising documents. Every Embassy has their own fee structure depending on whether documents are commercial or personal. The exact costs can be confirmed if required.
