Planning ahead with an LPA and a Will
Many Twickenham clients put their LPAs in place at the same time as making or updating their Wills. Combined packages are available: two LPAs and a Simple Will for one person are £600, and a couple doing four LPAs and Simple Mirror Wills is £1,100, with no VAT.
LPA-only fees
My fixed fee is £180 for one LPA or £300 for both types for one person, with no VAT. The Office of the Public Guardian charges a separate £92 registration fee per LPA.
